Much of my art is of the things around me. Bugs, animals, and landscapes are a few of my favourite subjects. In my prints, I attempt to bring action and tension to a still image. I primarily work with copper plate etchings, using a combination of line etch, aquatint, and mezzotint. I use multiple plates in each print, which enables me to get greater depth through colour and light.
